Colors Revisions

Revision 7 - Feb 2007

Combined the color combo page with the value page for easier updating.
Values were updated.

Revision 6 - September 2006

Added to the color list:
Aqua and Black
Aqua and Dark Purple
Aqua and Plum
White and Moody Blue
Teal and Black

Removed Yellow/Gray - I will replace it if someone provides an actual ping ball with those colors

Added the word "Punch" to the Olive and Yellow  color combination.

Revison 5 - November 2005

Changed the color name Charcoal to Gunmetal
Added Baby Blue as being the shade that is even lighter than Pale Blue
